I work as a guide, a coach, and a counselor, but my life is also an unfolding journey as a mother, sister, artist, and gardener. My curiosity drives me to seek beauty and authenticity in every corner of life. I love the feel of my bare feet on the earth, the magic of mushrooms hidden beneath autumn leaves, and the richness of dark chocolate and green tea. What matters to me most: creative exploration, deep integrity, and the collective awakening we are all part of. I live surrounded by nature’s embrace in Connecticut.
