When I lead meditation and breathwork, I’m not just guiding you through techniques—I’m inviting you into a deeper relationship with yourself. My approach, influenced by my work with Dan Brule, combines the power of conscious breathing with meditative stillness to unlock what’s been dormant inside you. Breath is the bridge between your body, mind, and spirit, and when we work with it intentionally, we start to shift energy, release old patterns, and reconnect with our truest essence.
